On the 29th of July, Natural Healings paid a visit the residents of Buona Vista RC as part of our Corporate Social Responsibility activities. While at the RC, our doctor conducted a talk regarding having good posture at home as well as having a proper diet to stay healthy. After the talk and mini exercises, our staff conducted free Spinal Checks for all the residents. The day ended off with a mini lunch buffet for the residents.
