Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct customer services calls professionally for referrals and cross promotions.
- Provide after-sales support and attend to customers’ queries / complaints
- Build good rapport and ensure customer satisfaction
- Any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by your immediate supervisor or any Managers of the Company
- To achieve KPIs
Job Requirements:
- Minimum GCE “N”/”O” Level or its equivalent
- Proven experience as Telemarketer / Appointment Fixing or similar roles
- Proficient in English language
- Good interpersonal and excellent customer service skills over the phone
