NATRAHEA participated in a meaningful Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiative on 29 July 2024, visiting the residents of Buona Vista RC. This opportunity showcases NATRAHEA’s commitment to fostering community well-being and promoting healthy living.

During the visit, NATRAHEA’s Circle of Healing Specialist delivers an insightful talk on the importance of maintaining good posture at home and adopting a proper diet to enhance overall health. The session provides valuable information on everyday practices that can contribute to better posture and nutrition.

Following the talk, the event features interactive mini-exercises designed to engage residents in practical wellness activities. To further support their health, NATRAHEA staff offer complimentary spinal checks to all attendees, ensuring they receive expert advice on their spinal health.

The day concludes with a delightful mini lunch buffet, providing residents time to socialise and enjoy a meal together. This gesture not only fosters community spirit but also underscores NATRAHEA’s dedication to improving the lives of those in the community.
